The lawyers of Salmon Takka's family appealed to the Department for the Investigation of Police and the Attorney General.
In the letter, the family, through its lawyers from the Bar Ilan legal clinic, asks for investigation materials before the decision is made on an indictment.
If the request is not answered, the family will seek relief from the court, the Kan reported.
