MK Tamar Zandberg sent an urgent request today to the Knesset's Chairman of the Steering Committee, MK Micki Zohar, to request the Knesset discuss a bill to ban conversion therapy following the Education Minister's comments on the subject.
"In light of these remarks, I consider it appropriate to request that you urgently convene the committee to discuss the bill prohibiting conversion treatment and that, specifically at this time, the Knesset promote such a proposal. "
