21-year-old man pulled lifeless from sea near Jisr a-Zarka

A 21-year-old unconscious man was pulled from the sea by a fishing boat at a beach near Jisr a Zarka, neighboring Zichron Ya'akov.

MDA paramedics summoned to the scene were forced to determine his death.
