An Arab employed as a maintenance worker at an Ashdod educational institution was arrested yesterday and transferred for questioning on suspicion of sexual offenses and indecent acts against a 13-year-old girl studying at the school.
According to the suspicions, the two went to a nearby apartment that the suspect renovated, where he committed sexual offenses and indecent acts. After this incident, when the suspect realized that his actions had been exposed, he left the city and returned to Judea and Samaria. His remand was extended today in the Ashkelon court until Monday. Investigation of the case continues.
