Yogev: Ramat Gan Municipality chose to harm status quo

MK Moti Yogev attacked the city council's decision to approve public transportation on Shabbat.

"More than Israel kept the Sabbath, the Sabbath kept Israel," said Yogev, "I regrets that the municipality of Ramat Gan chose to harm the status quo, chose to desecrate the Sabbath by public transportation, in violation of the holiness of the Sabbath," Yogev said.
