Sailor from Karmiel rescued after boat capsizes in Kinneret

A 45-year-old sailor from Karmiel was rescued after rescuers at the Amnon Bay in the Kinneret recognized that the motorized kayak in which he had been sailing overturned in the water, about three kilometers from the shore.
