Family of boy killed at beach in Bat Yam sues municipality

The family of Timofy Ashortia, the 9-year-old boy who was killed on a beach in Bat Yam, filed a suit against the municipality and a number of other defendants for causing death by negligence.

The claim was filed in the amount of NIS 2.5 million.
