Japan referred to Iran's decision to increase uranium enrichment in a way that violates the nuclear agreement.
"We are concerned and closely monitoring the developments in the nuclear agreement, urging Tehran to return to its commitments, and to refrain from further steps that will undermine the agreement," it said.
