Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said at the cabinet meeting: "While we welcomed the conference in Bahrain, the Palestinians condemned it against their own interests and arrested a businessman who participated in it. This isn't the way those who want to promote peace act."
On the situation in Gaza, Netanyahu said: "I'm unimpressed by the propaganda of the various experts giving us advice, advice that they themselves wouldn't implement if they were in the job. They'll also be the first to condemn us after embarking on a wide-scale military operation which we may have to do."
