Nikki Haley: UNRWA doesn't want to reform

At the Yisrael Hayom Forum for Israeli-US Relations, former US Ambassador to the UN and South Carolinian Governor, Nikki Haley explained some of the reasons for the US's decision to defund UNRWA, saying:

" UNRWA doesn't want to reform."
