Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Aviv Kochavi gave a speech at the graduation ceremony of a pilot course at the Hatzerim Air Force base.
"The enemy has changed dramatically, in the Gaza Strip and in Lebanon in particular, it has become a terror cell for organized soldiers, battalions, and brigades, it holds missiles and rockets that on a day of war are supposed to strike a large amount of targets in the territory of the State of Israel."
