The Supreme Court will hold a hearing on Thursday on the appeal filed by radio station Kol Brahma on a a heavy fine by a district court for refusing to allow women to be heard on the station.
The suit was filed in August 2012 after Kol BaRama, which began broadcasting in 2009, did not broadcast women on the station until 2011.
