Jared Kushner, senior advisor to United States President Donald Trump, has told the London-based pan-Arabic newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat that he does not think the economic plan he helped draft for the Palestinian Authority as part of an Israel-PA peace plan is a bribe.
Kushner said he thinks it is an opportunity for people to overcome problems they have suffered for a long time. Noting rapprochement between Israel and Arab states over the past few years, he said that when the region unites, it will release tremendous economic potential and security will increase.
