Deputy Education Minister MK Meir Porush called for unity during the exchange of ministers at the Education Ministry.
"We'll read this week in the Torah portion of Korah, from which we must learn to be united: a leader does not come for himself, but by virtue of unity.
"Bennett came by virtue of the unity of the entire Israeli public. Even if there were differences of opinion in the Ministry they were for the sake of heaven. Rabbi Peretz is a man of education and came from unity, preserved his statism in the evacuation of Gush Katif and chose to turn a new leaf in the south of the country."
