Knesset Member Yair Lapid today delivered a speech at the Shurat Din conference in Jerusalem and made it clear that he had no intention of sitting in the Netanyahu government.

"I understand that people have a hard time accepting this, so I'll say it simply and especially slowly so it'll be easy to grasp: We won't sit with Netanyahu, we'll be very pleased with a unity government headed by Blue and White.

"There's no problem sitting with the Likud in a national unity government. We won't sit with Netanyahu. Let them take whoever they want - Yuli, Gideon, Yisrael...whoever they want. "
