The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the city's Magistrate's Court against Eliezer Dalal, 67, the owner of Pizza Hasovel, for indecent assault on two 17-year-old girls.
According to the indictment, in September 2018 and in June 2019, the defendant turned each time to one of the 17-year-old complainants, began talking with them, and suggested that they enter his pizzeria. During the complainants time in the pizzeria, the defendant committed indecent acts and did not stop even after they expressed disapproval of the acts and their desire to go.
