The Ministry of Health informed the LEM laboratory in Rehovot, which is conducting pathological tests for cancer, to stop biopsy tests due to severe defects.
Among the deficiencies found: suspicion of mistaken biopsy results, samples of patients who were mixed together and defects in safety.
