Southbound Hwy 4 partially blocked after truck hits Givat Shmuel bridge

A southbound truck on Highway 4 has hit the Givat Shmuel pedestrian bridge.

Part of the road has been blocked for traffic to handle the incident. The truck driver was detained by the police.
