A 16-year-old resident of the northern Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Jenin has been arrested on suspicion of throwing explosive devices at the nearby Jalameh Crossing.
He was caught while riding a stolen scooter with an explosive device and two masks. The bomb was neutralized and the suspect was taken in for questioning by security forces.
