The Judge Advocate General has decided that Palestinian Authority resident being held for the rape of a seven-year-old girl in the Modiin area will be released from detention and that the indictment against him will be canceled.
The decision states that "the evidentiary basis at the basis of the indictment does present "a reasonable chance of conviction" at this time. The investigation continues.
