Following an anti-Semitic incident in which Jewish graves were desecrated in South Africa over the weekend, Deputy Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the World Zionist Organization, Yaakov Haguel, responded: "These incidents unfortunately spread like wildfire and became a global trend. These are very serious incidents and they must be stopped immediately before they lead to the murder of Jews."

"The South African police must stop those rioters. It is the responsibility of the South African government to cooperate against such incidents. If it is indeed a neo-Nazi cell, we must put an end to it as soon as possible."
