Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh referred to the calm between his organization and Israel.
"We acted, by all means, to break the siege on Gaza until we reached understandings by way of Egypt, the United Nations, and Qatar. Unfortunately, they are advancing at a slow pace and Israel is extorting us using the fishing area, "Haniyeh said.
