Negligence suspected in fatal Bat Yam beach fall

Police are examining a suspicion of negligence in the death of 9-year-old Tima Ashturia in Bat Yam, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.

The area of the accident was not fenced and was filled with rocks that constituted a risk.
