Arabs from the village of Madama set fire to dozens of fruit trees and acres of grazing lands near Yitzhar settlement in Samaria.
Heavy damage was also caused to the area of the recently renovated "fig spring", in which ancient trees were damaged and burned, which protected the area of the spring.
The local firefighting team, volunteers and IDF soldiers from the nearby base, put out the fire with relative ease, as fire trails were opened in recent days to allow control of the fires.
