Supreme Court Justice Meni Mazuz has rejected a second request by the Regavim movement to issue a temporary injunction preventing the conversion of the Shaar Harachamim compound on the Temple Mount into a mosque.
According to the movement, Mazuz allowed the site to become a place of worship without a permit, adding, "Unfortunately, it gives a reward to those who trample the law on a gross footing."
