Chairman Salim Jaber of the Abu-Ghosh local council in the Judean Hills, west of Jerusalem, has harshly condemned the rape of a seven-year-old girl who lives in the Modi'in area, calling it "an inhumane, disgusting shame to humanity."
Jaber told Arutz Sheva that the Palestinian Authority resident suspected in the case "must be punished with a terrible punishment. All religions condemn this act. Even animals do not do such a thing. It is a disgrace not only for the Arabs, but also for humanity and all human beings."
