President of the State Reuven Rivlin said at a state memorial ceremony at the President's Residence, "It is our duty, the duty of all those who seek the welfare and the future of the State of Israel, to respect the laws of the state and its authorities."
"This obligation is measured in actions as well as in words that that citizens and elected officials of the state and its leaders choose."
