Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas said the Ramallah leadership still refuses to accept tax revenues from Israel as long as they are offset, according to Kann News, adding that the PA continues to support the families of "shahidim" and prisoners.
"We informed everyone that no one speaks in our name and we make decisions for ourselves," Abbas said.
