A melee broke out between workers at a construction site in the community of Elkana in Samaria. The background to the incident is criminal.
"Dear residents, in the past hour there was a brawl between workers inside a construction site in the new neighborhood. Immediately after receiving the initial report, the security department took the necessary measures to ensure that incident was not of a different nature," said the community secretary.
