Member of Knesset Yair Lapid (Blue and White) told Israel Defense Forces Radio, Tuesday morning, "The public deserves a full-time prime minister."

Commenting on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's claim that preparation for his early-October pre-indictment hearing on corruption charges will interfere with the September 17th election campaign, Lapid said, "Netanyahu has already received a postponement, so why should he get another? He said he could already function during a trial."
