Palestinian Arab officials reported that IDF forces surrounded the PA's security headquarters of in Shechem (Nablus) overnight Monday.
According to the officials, exchanges of fire erupted between IDF forces and Palestinian Arab elements, and the forces subsequently retreated. The circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet clear.
