Newly-appointed Justice Minister Amir Ohana said, Monday, that he will continue reform in the court system.
Addressing a ceremony for more than 800 lawyers entering the Bar Association, Ohana echoed remarks by Bar Association leader Avi Himi, saying the system had to be questioned. Ohana said, "There will be struggles. There will be disagreements. We will conduct them patiently, judiciously and in a civilized way, but what needs correction - we will correct and what needs healing - we will heal. He concluded, "Let's fight together to increase the public's trust in the judicial system, and let's be part of a legal system worthy of this trust."
