The undercover passenger, a Turkish citizen who was arrested yesterday by the takeover of the cargo ship off the Haifa coast, will be deported from Israel without being brought before a judge.
Forty-five-year-old Ozbesh Sidik was taken to the Rambam Medical Center in the city for medical tests. With completion of the tests he was brought back under arrest.
