In the city of Shfaram, a fight broke out between two families, during which a 35-year-old suspect got into his car and hit a man in his 30s.
Medics who were called to the site treated a man who was run over and was moderatly to severely injured and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
The police are working in the area and are looking for the suspect.
