In a post on Twitter, Chairman of the Blue & White Party, Benny Gantz attacked Netanyahu, writing:
"Netanyahu, who called elections to postpone a hearing and stop proceedings against him, failed to establish a government and prevented the restoration of the mandate to the president, Netanyahu himself initiated elections worth more than NIS 4 billion to escape the fear of justice. All of Netanyahu's moves are aimed solely at creating barriers, rejections, and detours to the legal process. Attorney General [Mandelblit], you are the last barrier against the suspect of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust. Do not fold! I and millions of Israeli citizens are behind you."
