The Central Bureau of Statistics reported on Thursday that the average wage per employee post in March reached NIS 11,400 for Israeli workers at current prices, the first time the average has it 11,000 shekels, according to the Globes financial publication.
In the management and support services sector, the number of employee positions fell by an annual rate of 4.3 percent between January and March, following an annualized half-percent decline between October and December. In the financial services and insurance services sector, the number of employee posts rose by an annualized 2.9 percent in the first quarter, following an increase of 2.5 percent in annual terms in the last quarter of 2018.
