The cyber department of the State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment a short time ago with the Jerusalem District Court for offenses of theft by a public servant, possession of secret information and the transmission of confidential information.
The defendant allegedly took information classified as "secret" and "top secret" and gave it to another person. Upon the filing of the indictment, the defendant's detention was requested until the end of the legal proceedings. All other details are subject to a gag order.
