The German parliament will discuss, Thursday, a proposal submitted by the AfD (Alternative for Germany) party to outlaw Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah and completely prohibit its activity in Germany.

Deputy AfD Leader Beatrix von Storch told a news conference this week that the proposal was submitted because Hezbollah's goal is to destroy the State of Israel. She noted, A number of countries in the world, such as Britain, the United States and Israel, have already passed laws aimed at excluding Hezbollah or restricting its activities within their borders. Contrary to the current stance of the government, she added that there is no difference between the political wing and the military wing of the organization.
