Mount Herzl parking lot open free of charge for Nechama Rivlin funeral

Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon instructed the opening of the Mount Herzl parking lot to the general public, starting from this hour free of charge, to attend the funeral of the late First Lady Nehama Rivlin.
