The Supreme Court has accepted the state's position and rejected a petition by Gaza Hamas terrorists serving long prison terms in Israel against the decision of the public safety minister not to allow family visits.
The decision stated that the decision to exert pressure on Hamas and to promote the return of Israeli citizens and the bodies of soldiers it holds is not collective punishment but a legitimate refusal to grant privileges for security reasons.
