Citing Lebanese newspaper Al Joumhouria, the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation reports that military attaches of United Nations Security Council member countries toured southern Lebanon last week to monitor the implementation of Security Council Resolution 1701 - the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, following the 2006 Second Lebanon War.
According to the report, the attaches were given the impression that Israel is violating clauses of the resolution.
