By a vote of 2-1, a Supreme Court panel has accepted the appeal of the people who found the skeleton of missing soldier Majdi Halabi in 2012 and ordered the state to pay the $10 million reward promised by an organization and "guaranteed" by the state to those who provided information.
A district court had held that the petitioners were not entitled to a prize, since they happened to find the bones and were not certain that they were Halabi's.
