President Reuven Rivlin told the official Jerusalem Day ceremony at Ammunition Hill, Sunday evening, "Woe to us if [economic] growth skips the Arab residents of eastern Jerusalem."
Rivlin lamented, "We are still talking about eastern and western Jerusalem as if they were two different cities - and there's only one city."
