The Hadash Knesset faction condemns the Flag Dance event in Jerusalem: "The Flag Dance is nothing more than a violent and racist parade of hatred that harasses and abuses the Palestinian residents of Occupied East Jerusalem.
"While thousands of young people are marching and calling for murder, the Palestinian residents are forced to refrain from moving in their neighborhoods, shut down their shops, and even absorb physical violence and destruction of property, in an area where an occupation regime has actually taken place. And if that were not enough, this time the hate parade is held during the month of Ramadan, and the entrance to the Temple Mount was allowed to incite provocation and violence. We call on the Israel Police and the Jerusalem Municipality to cancel the parade held in occupied territory, which, as noted, is an expression of hatred and tyranny."
