Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen will appoint the head of the court, Brigitte Bierlein as interim chancellor.
As noted, Chancellor Sebastian Kurtz was deposed this week by a vote of no confidence. Bierlein will serve as chancellor until the next elections in the country scheduled for September.
