State seeks 20 years for manslaughter in pre-school death

The state is seeking to impose a 20-year prison term on Inna Skivenko, who is accused of killing one-year-old Yasmin Vinta, a year ago, when Skivenko was an assistant at a pre-school in Petah Tikva.

Skivenko was convicted of manslaughter.
