The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment Thursday in the city's District Court against two brothers from the Shuafat refugee camp with manslaughter, weapons offenses and extortion by threats in the April 24th death of a store owner in the camp who owned security cameras.

According to the indictment, the brothers and relatives had been involved in two violent clashes which also included the use of weapons, outside the building where the security cameras were set up. The brothers allegedly fired at the camera's owner after her refused to give them access to potential video of the clashed. He was wounded and died an hour later. The prosecution wants the pair held until the end of proceedings against them.
