Member of Knesset Gabi Ashkenazi (Blue and White) announced Thursday that there will be no change at the head of the party, ahead of the next elections, saying, "The head of the Blue and White Party will be Benny Gantz."
Ashkenazi, Ganz and Moshe Yaalon are three former Israel Defense Forces chiefs of staff at the head of the party. Ashkenazi estimated that retired general Gadi Eisenkot, who recently left the post, will not be interested in entering politics.
