The US State Department made it clear that the sanctions imposed on Iran are also working on the influence of the extremist state on terrorist organizations under its authority.
"Iran is withdrawing Hezbollah forces from Syria because of the American sanctions, and Hamas and the Revolutionary Guards also suffered a blow as a result of the sanctions," the State Department said.
