Prime Minister Netanyahu made a final offer to the ultra-Orthodox parties and to Avigdor Liberman.
According to the prime minister's proposal, immediately upon the formation of the government, Liberman's original draft law will be presented as a letter and in his language for renewed approval by the Knesset plenum.
After its approval, the law will be prepared for a second and third reading by mutual consent.
